Understanding Your Relaxer Arch Supports
Each Relaxer arch support features four key components designed to provide gentle support while allowing natural foot movement and recovery:
Inner Longitudinal Support: Provides gentle support along the inside of your foot with a lower, more flexible design that allows natural movement.
Outer Longitudinal Support: Offers minimal stability along the outside edge of your foot while promoting foot flexibility and comfort.
Proximal Transverse Arch Support: Helps support the arch that runs across the back of your foot with the gentlest approach in our system.
Heel Platform: Features a completely flat design that allows maximum heel movement and natural foot positioning for ultimate comfort.
Note: Unlike Strengtheners, Relaxers do not include a Metatarsal Rise component, allowing the front of your foot complete freedom of movement.
This minimal design approach helps provide rest and recovery while maintaining basic foot support during relaxation periods.
How Relaxer Arch Supports Work
Our relaxers are designed to gently support your foot while providing rest and recovery between use of our Maintainer and Strengthener.
Relaxers help reduce the adjustment time required for stronger supports by helping your body remember proper alignment while providing gentle support. This allows your feet to maintain positioning improvements while experiencing relief from more structured support systems.
With no metatarsal rise, lower and more flexible longitudinal supports, and a flat heel platform, Relaxers allow more natural foot movement than other arch supports while still providing three-arch support. This design helps your feet recover while maintaining basic structural benefits.
The minimal support level is strong enough to continue providing protection from harder surfaces within your home but gentle enough to allow your feet an opportunity to feel supported and comfortable at day's end. This balance helps facilitate recovery while maintaining foot positioning.
